Dear Parents and Coaches,

For years the Milford Babe Ruth Baseball League has provided the young men in Milford a quality Baseball program. Our teams have won District, State and Regional Championships and went to the World Series. We would like to tell you about our Milford Babe Ruth Softball League

The League was formed due to the number of phone calls our league received from parents, coaches and umpires asking us to give their daughters another option in Milford to play the sport they love to play. They wanted a league that can provide a way to help them progress in their softball careers. They wanted a league that is more conformed to the way softball is supposed to be played- that league is Milford Babe Ruth Softball!. To make sure our fields are the Best in Milford, we continue to make many renovations to our fields.

Helping the Milford Babe Ruth Softball League will be High School, College and Professional Softball umpires Mike Georgetti and Cliff Larose. Cliff is also the ASA Junior Olympic Commissioner. State Commissioner for Babe Ruth Softball Philip Marcoux encourages that Babe Ruth Softball teams also register ASA and/or Pony Softball. This enables the teams to participate in weekend tournaments outside of their Babe Ruth games. We will be registering our teams in ASA & PONY should the teams want to do so.

We plan to have clinics for the girls and have team nights at the Stratford Brakettes Softball games. This is NOT a fundraiser for the league so there is not pressure to sell tickets. We also will be working closely with the Elite Stratford Breakers Fastpitch Softball Program. Coaches will be called to come scout the girls in Milford Babe Ruth Softball for consideration to play with them. We will also be playing games with some of the Breakers Teams.

Our umpires are experienced, certified umpires.

Our registration for age levels 10-U, 12-U, 14–U & (16-U depending on registration) will be at Wasson Field. Registration fee is $150.00. For more information you can call President Mike Georgetti @ 877-8332, V. President Gary Feller @ 878-8593 or Sue DiBiase @ 878-1049

DON’T DELAY, SIGN UP TODAY!
